Lunch
Not very "seasonal," but I was dying for a tomato sandwich today. Fortunately, I had a beautiful overpriced tomato from Wholefoods that did the job. :) What better way to enjoy this tomato than to dedicate a whole sandwich to it?! A little mayo, a little french grey sea salt - perfection! :)
